In the news release, Mylan Completes Acquisition of Generics Business of Merck KGaA, issued earlier today by Mylan (NYSE: MYL) over PR Newswire, the first paragraph, second sentence, should read " ... under which Mylan would acquire Merck Generics for EUR 4.9 billion ($6.8 billion) in an all-cash transaction on May 12, 2007" rather than "($6.7 billion)" and the fifth paragraph second sentence, should read "I am thrilled to welcome Merck Generics nearly 5,000 employees to the new and expanded Mylan family" rather than "Merck's nearly 5,000 employees" as incorrectly transmitted by PR Newswire.
