(NYSE: MYL) today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has
granted tentative approval for Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Abbreviated New
Drug Application for Terbinafine Hydrochloride Tablets, 250 mg. Terbinafine
HCl Tablets are the generic version of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation's
Lamisil® Tablets, which have annual U.S. sales of approximately
$655 million.
