(Nasdaq: MYL) today announced that the U.S. Supreme Court has partially modified the standard of review to be applied by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit when reviewing a lower court's evidentiary findings made when construing a patent claim.  Additionally, the Supreme Court has remanded the case relating to Teva's U.S. Patent No. 5,800,808 ("the '808 patent") to the Federal Circuit for that court to review the patent's validity in accordance with the modified standard of review. The '808 patent expires on Sept. 1, 2015.
