(NYSE:MYL) announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted final approval for Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Abbreviated New Drug Application for Nefazodone Hydrochloride Tablets in 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg and 250 mg strengths. Nefazodone Hydrochloride is the generic version of Bristol Myers Squibb's Serzone^®.

Mylan Pharmaceuticals will be launching Nefazodone Hydrochloride Tablets immediately.
